Talent passport — Business creator (Porteur de projet, parcours création d'entreprise)

This Talent Passport category is for foreign nationals launching a genuine business creation project in France. You need a master's-level diploma or five years of comparable senior experience, a real and serious project, personal resources at least equal to the French minimum wage (€21,876.40 gross annually), and project financing of at least €30,000. The visa grants up to four years of residence and authorises you to run your business without a separate work permit. Typical Vietnamese applicants are experienced entrepreneurs or technical founders bringing capital and a concrete project to France.

  • Per F16922 (4 cumulative conditions for parcours création d'entreprise): (1) **Master's-equivalent diploma OR 5 years comparable senior experience**; (2) **Real and serious business creation project in France**; (3) **Personal resources ≥ SMIC** full-time annual gross = €21,876.40 (per F16922 verbatim — verify current SMIC before each filing); (4) **Project financing ≥ €30,000**. Documents: Cerfa 15614-02, identity, business plan + project description, diploma/experience evidence, personal-resources proof (bank statements), project-financing proof (capital injection, loan agreement, founder commitment).
