Talent passport — Direct economic investment (Porteur de projet, parcours investissement économique direct)

This Talent Passport category is for foreign nationals making a substantial direct economic investment in France of at least €300,000 in tangible or intangible French assets — real estate, equipment, intellectual property, R&D, or software. There is no diploma test and no income test beyond the investment itself. The visa grants up to four years of residence without a separate work permit.
