What you need

  • Per F16922 (3 cumulative conditions for Mandataire social): (1) **Hold a legal-representative function** (représentant légal — gérant, président, directeur général, etc.) in an establishment or company established in France; (2) **At least 3 months seniority** as salarié OR mandataire social in an establishment or company of the same group; (3) **Gross annual salary ≥ 3× SMIC = €65,629.20** (per F16922 — verify current SMIC). Documents: Cerfa 15614-02, identity, **appointment act** (procès-verbal of designation as legal representative), **Kbis of French entity**, **group seniority attestation**, corporate documents proving the same-group relationship.
