Redirect Vietnamese applicants seeking similar profiles to: (1) **salaried-activity (VLS-TS Salarié)** if they have a French employment offer and the employer can sponsor the autorisation de travail; (2) **talent-passport (qualified employee or EU Blue Card sub-tracks)** if their qualifications and offered salary meet the thresholds; (3) **student-internship (VLS-TS Stagiaire)** if their plan is short-term skill-building under a tripartite convention; (4) **long-term-studies (VLS-TS Étudiant)** if their primary goal is studies in France; (5) **non-salaried-activity (Entrepreneur / Profession libérale)** if they intend to launch a self-employed activity.”
What you need
- Not applicable — Vietnam is not party to a young-professional bilateral agreement with France, and not in the Programme Vacances-Travail list, as of 2026-05-13. Vietnamese applicants are not eligible for either pathway. Re-verify the current bilateral lists on the live Ministry of Interior bilateral-mobility page (`https://www.immigration.interieur.gouv.fr/limmigration-en-france/accords-internationaux`) and on france-visas.gouv.fr/jeunes-salaries (jeunes professionnels) + france-visas.gouv.fr/jeunes-voyageurs (PVT) before each consultation, as new agreements are signed periodically and existing agreements can be suspended.
