• A job offer must be substantiated by a written offer from the employer describing the scope (full-time/part-time/hours per week) and expected annual income *

If the applicant receives student loans/grants

• Decision on payment of loans and grants from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen) *
• If relevant, a written explanation as to why you cannot present one or more of the documents mentioned above

If the applicant has personal savings

• Savings may be documented with a bank statement or a written confirmation from the bank *
• If relevant, a written explanation as to why you cannot present one or more of the documents mentioned above

If the applicant is self-employed

• A confirmation that your firm is properly registered in Norway *
• If you have an accountant: Confirmation from your accountant showing the profits of your company after the last tax year
• Tax return with all the necessary supporting documents (income statement etc.) *

If the applicant receives a pension, benefit(s) or other regular, periodic payments

• Regular, periodic payments, such as insurance, private pension(s) or rent income *

Financial guarantee (third party guarantee)

• The guarantor must certify in writing that he or she takes financial responsibility for the applicant *
