Visit sister or brother

Short visit to a sibling in Norway, up to 90 days — approval depends on showing strong ties to your home country so the authorities are confident you will return.

From UDI

“If you plan to visit your sister or brother, you can be granted a visa if you have strong ties to your home country. The older you are, the better your chance of being granted a visa. If you have a special reason for visiting (e.g., a wedding), you have a better chance.”
