What you need

  • Per F16922 (4 cumulative conditions for parcours salarié en mission): (1) **Employee of a company established abroad** AND coming to France for salaried activity under an **intra-group mobility** (between establishments of the same company OR between companies of the same group); (2) **At least 3 months seniority** in the group that employs the applicant; (3) **Employment contract with the French entity** that will employ the applicant in France; (4) **Gross annual salary ≥ €39,582**.
