Talent passport — Employee on assignment (Salarié en mission, intra-group mobility)

This Talent Passport category is for employees of a foreign company transferring to a French entity within the same corporate group — either between branches of the same company or between companies in the same group. You need at least three months' seniority in the group, a contract with the French entity, and a gross annual salary of at least €39,582. There is no diploma requirement. The typical Vietnamese applicant is an experienced employee at a multinational's Vietnam office being transferred to the French parent or a sister company. The visa converts post-arrival into a multi-year residence card valid up to four years, with no work permit or labour-market test required.

What you need

  • Per F16922 (4 cumulative conditions for parcours salarié en mission): (1) **Employee of a company established abroad** AND coming to France for salaried activity under an **intra-group mobility** (between establishments of the same company OR between companies of the same group); (2) **At least 3 months seniority** in the group that employs the applicant; (3) **Employment contract with the French entity** that will employ the applicant in France; (4) **Gross annual salary ≥ €39,582**. Common documentation: Cerfa 15614-02, passport, photos, civil-status, accommodation, health insurance, signed French-entity contract, foreign-employer attestation of group seniority + intra-group mobility decision, group structure documents proving the same-company or same-group relationship.
