What you need
- Per F16922 (2 cumulative conditions): (1) **Authorization to practice under the Code de la santé publique** — one of: décision d'affectation, attestation de pratique temporaire (PAE), or autorisation d'exercer (permanent); (2) **Gross annual salary ≥ €41,386.48** (2nd échelon of the praticiens-associés émoluments grid per F16922). Documents: Cerfa 15614-02, identity, **practice-authorization decision** (the qualifying instrument), medical/pharmaceutical diplomas + translations + ENIC-NARIC equivalence where applicable, employment contract or hospital affectation document, ordre professionnel registration (if applicable).
