Talent passport — Renowned person (Personne de renommée nationale ou internationale)

This Talent Passport category is for foreign nationals with established national or international renown — or who can make a significant and lasting contribution to France's economic development, regional planning, or international standing — in a scientific, literary, artistic, intellectual, educational, or sporting domain. There is no fixed numerical test for renown; the consular post assesses the evidence you provide. You need personal resources at least equal to the French minimum wage (€21,876.40 gross annually). The visa authorises both salaried and independent activity in the qualifying domain for up to four years, with no separate work permit required.

Documents: passeport talent application form (confirm current Cerfa number via france-visas.gouv.fr interactive visa assistant — NOT Cerfa 15617-01 / 14571-05 / 14076-05), identity, **renown evidence** (press coverage, awards, publications, exhibitions, sporting achievements, academic citations, etc.) OR project description with significant-contribution evidence, personal-resources proof.
