Service civique — Con đường chuyển đổi cư trú (KHÔNG phải con đường nhập cảnh từ Việt Nam)

Service civique không phải là lộ trình nhập cảnh trực tiếp từ Việt Nam. Yêu cầu ít nhất 1 năm cư trú hợp pháp trước tại Pháp với titre de séjour đủ điều kiện — người Việt Nam không thể nộp đơn từ Việt Nam và nhập cảnh Pháp theo cơ sở service civique. Sub-track này áp dụng cho người đang cư trú hợp pháp tại Pháp (ví dụ theo thị thực sinh viên hoặc stagiaire) muốn chuyển đổi tư cách sang tham gia service civique. Độ tuổi tiêu chuẩn là đến 25 tuổi (trước sinh nhật 26), một số nhiệm vụ chuyên biệt cho phép đến 30 tuổi. Khách hàng Việt Nam tại Việt Nam muốn tình nguyện tại Pháp nên được chuyển hướng sang lộ trình CES (volunteer-evs).

The resulting residence document is a carte de séjour temporaire with the mention « stagiaire / service civique » per F13278. Age band: up to 25 years (26th birthday) for standard service civique; up to 30 for certain specialised missions. Verify age fit before advising. Vietnamese applicants seeking to volunteer in France from Vietnam must be redirected to volunteer-evs (CES). EES does not apply to long-stay titre de séjour holders.”

  • ELIGIBILITY GATE: ≥1 year of prior legal residence in France with a qualifying titre de séjour is required to access service civique per F13278. This sub-track does NOT open from Vietnam. Requirements per F13278 (for those already residing in France and converting): (1) service civique engagement agreement (contrat d'engagement de service civique) signed with the host organisation (association, fondation, collectivité territoriale, or établissement public holding a valid service civique agrément); (2) proof of current titre de séjour (≥1 year France residence); (3) host organisation's valid service civique agrément from the Agence du Service Civique; (4) civil-status documents (birth certificate); (5) justificatif de domicile. Post-conversion residence document: carte de séjour temporaire « stagiaire / service civique » mention per F13278. No salary: the volunteer receives a civic indemnity, not a salary.

  • Hợp đồng cam kết service civique — ký với tổ chức tiếp nhận (association, fondation hoặc établissement public có agrément service civique hợp lệ) *
  • Agrément service civique hợp lệ của tổ chức tiếp nhận từ Agence du Service Civique *
  • Hộ chiếu gốc (còn hiệu lực trong thời gian lưu trú dự kiến) *
  • Ảnh thẻ sinh trắc học (35mm × 45mm, tiêu chuẩn ICAO) — số lượng theo yêu cầu của préfecture *
  • Giấy khai sinh (kèm dịch công chứng nếu không phải tiếng Pháp) *
  • Chứng minh địa chỉ (gần đây, dưới 6 tháng) *
